Will's history includes service on the boards of two prominent American organizations. As a previous board member for Urban Gateways, he supported arts education for thousands of Chicago's youth. Additionally, he held a seat on the board of The Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball School in the Bronx, an institution dedicated to preparing students for diverse careers across the professional sports industry.

Andrew leads Consistent Commercial Cleaning as Chief Executive while serving as a Vice President Underwriter, merging operational command with fiscal risk management. He focuses on mentoring young professionals through the lens of business innovation.
